This historic house is located in north of the Isfahan and in a neighborhood named Sonbolan.This neighborhood was one of the villages of Sepahan collection before Islam and the Isfahan city was created by combination of these villages.

According to studies done,the house is related to early Safavi era and has been changed during many periods over time.

Originality,Purity and simplicity of architecture of Safavi period are completely tangible in all embellishments of the house.

Here,was first and only historic house of Safavi period which was highly appreciated in order to turning to a traditional residential house in Iran.

Morteza Bekhradi was born in Isfahan and is graduated in internal architecture and restoration of historic buildings. He has more than 50 years of experience in internal architecture and restoration.

He has taught traditional arts and restoration of historic buildings in art university of Isfahan for 25 years.
He is also the founder and owner of first gallery of Isfahan(classic gallery). 

It is noteworthy that he was active for 5 years in order to restoration and renovation of Bekhradi house and turning in to a traditional residential center.

The house has 4 suits that each one narrates history and art of Safavi period.

All suits have complete facilities such as bed ,bath ,cooling and heating system ,TV, refrigerator and etc.
